I'm a former Supreme Court of Canada clerk, former litigator, and the founder of Inn Laws, a community for Canadian lawyers who think like business owners.

For the past six months, I've been showing Inn Laws members how to use AI for legal work. I've also been building AI tools to run my business — from legal newsletter writing to community management. None. The bulk of the workshop is entirely within Claude's web and desktop interface — no code, no command line. The final module introduces Claude Code, and we walk through it step by step. The goal is that you leave having built something, not knowing how to code.

This workshop isn't about trusting AI blindly — it's about building workflows where verification is built in. I'll show you prompting patterns that dramatically reduce hallucinations, how to structure Claude Projects so the model works from your source documents instead of inventing them, and how to verify output effectively.
