Who we are

This website is operated by Dylan Gibbs and Hearsay Media Inc. (“Inn Laws,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

When you purchase a seat in the workshop, Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment information on our behalf. We receive your name and email address from Stripe after a successful purchase. We do not store your payment card details.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. Plausible is cookieless and collects no personal data — it measures aggregate traffic only.

How we use your information

We use your email address to:

Send your registration confirmation and Zoom link
Send workshop materials and follow-up resources
Communicate with you about future Inn Laws courses or community offerings, with an easy opt-out in every email

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for payment processing, Zoom for the live session). Both services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Residents of Quebec and other Canadian provinces have additional rights under applicable privacy legislation.
