The service

This website is operated by Dylan Gibbs and Hearsay Media Inc. By purchasing a seat in the “Master the Claude Suite” workshop, you agree to these terms.

What you’re purchasing

Your purchase grants you access to one live online workshop session via Zoom and any materials distributed in connection with that session. Workshop content is for your personal professional use only and may not be recorded, redistributed, or resold.

Not legal advice

Workshop content is educational. Nothing in the workshop, its materials, or any follow-up communications constitutes legal advice. The tools and workflows discussed are general-purpose and are not tailored to your specific circumstances.

Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session for conduct that disrupts the experience for others.

Limitation of liability

Hearsay Media Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop or use of the tools discussed. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is set out in our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
