Refund Policy

Full refund
If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the session start time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and order number.
No refund within 7 days
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund. Because we keep cohorts small, late cancellations leave a seat we cannot fill.
Session cancellation by Inn Laws
In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a session, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date.
